Hamamelis

Grass refreshing and astringent beneficial to the veins. Wet a cotton disc in distilled witch hazel and apply on swollen legs, varicose veins and hemorrhoids.

Lavender

The soothing and anti – inflammatory essential oil helps heal after childbirth. Add 4-5 drops of lavender oil to the bath water. To relieve mastitis, put 3-4 drops of essential oil in warm water and then apply in compresses with a clean cloth.

Flaxseed

Acts as a mild laxative and lubricating the intestine and is very rich in omega fatty acids, give special importance during pregnancy. Add a tablespoon to breakfast cereals or muesli, increase fluids and prevent constipation.

Calendula

Highly nutritious and healing skin. Combine your tincture with that of St John’s wort and use it as a lotion to clean the stitches or tears of the snake. Massage with your oil macerated the skin during pregnancy to prevent the appearance of stretch marks.

Hypericum

Uterine tonic which helps prepare the body for childbirth. Take infusion daily only in the last trimester of pregnancy. Continue to take it for two to three weeks after delivery to help contract the muscles and increase the flow of milk.

Dill

An infusion of the seeds is highly recommended during lactation since dill alleviates baby cramps and gas. It can be combined with fennel seeds.

Jasmine

Delicious and fragrant essential oil traditionally used during labor for their relaxing properties and provide a sense of calm and security. Dilute in a basic oil and massage the lower back.
